BaltOween

Our volunteers give their blood for BaltOween ... and live to tell the story!

BECOME A VOLUNTEER!

This is Dennis. Today was very enjoyable, and I had a lot of fun working the Hot Rod show with George. The whole event seemed like a major success overall. I am writing to request the 10 hours that you said you would document for me if you could please :) I really enjoyed working with all of the staff, who are very friendly by the way, and look forward to coming back next year.

Thank you for the opportunity,

Denni Pilkerton

On behalf of the Baltimore Delta Gamma Alumnae chapter we would like to thank you for allowing us to participate as volunteers at the 2007 Baltoween event.

Baltoween is such a wonderful event and we all enjoyed the time we spent volunteering. If there are other volunteer opportunities available, please feel free to let me know as I am sure some of our other members would be willing to give their time to the Maryland School for the Blind.

Sincerely,

Rachel J. Wiederhold

President

Without volunteers, BaltOween could not be the fantastic event that it is.  We are always seeking great volunteers who want to make a difference in the lives of students who are blind, visually impaired, and multiply disabled.

Volunteers can be any age!  Families, church groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities & businesses can volunteer too!

It's not too early to volunteer for BaltOween 2008!  We'd love to have talented volunteers on our planning and financial committees as well day of volunteers.

Thank you to our current and new volunteers!  They give their heart and soul, sacrificing personal time to bring BaltOween Family! Fun! Festival! alive each year. They are our many volunteers and without them - BaltOween would only pretend to be fun.

Some volunteers started transfusing the event with their creativity months ago, while a small army will treat us with their presence on event day.  Amazingly it takes approximately 150 volunteers from the age of 16 to 75 to perform the trick of producing 95-acres of fun just for you. Gladly, they tell us volunteering at BaltOween is a screaming good time!

We can't mask our appreciation of all they do for us. Clearly they have earned our undying devotion. Click here to see our growing list of volunteers
